Due to ever-changing recommendations and orders from local and federal government, as well as concern for the health and safety of our employees due to COVID-19, replacement parts orders may be delayed. We will, however, continue to place orders and answer your product or assembly questions. If you provide us an email when placing your order, you will receive your tracking number once your order ships. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience during this time.

To place an order for replacement parts an assembly manual is required. If you don’t have one, you can find it here using your product’s model number.

The pack date will be located on the front cover of your instruction booklet. It will either be stamped in red, blue or black ink, or may be printed next to where it states "Lot Number". View Example

If more hardware is needed other than the hardware bag that contains nuts, bolts, screws, please refer to the hardware inventory page(s) in the assembly manual and enter those hardware part #’s separately into the form below.
