Q:  Do your products come with a warranty?

Q:  Can I disassemble the unit to move?
A:  It is not recommended that RTA furniture be disassembled and reassembled again.

Q:  How do I clean the unit?
A:  Dust or wipe with a dry cloth. Damp cloth could be used sparingly but will need to be wiped with a dry cloth afterwards.

Q:  How long does it take to receive a replacement part?
A:  7-14 business days.

Q:  What am I required to have in order to file a warranty claim on my item?
A:  A copy of the original sales receipt and pictures of the unit.
